Up at 8. Swimming! Did three consecutive laps stopping for breath for ten seconds only!! SCORE!!! Must not be too happie. Must get better. Meeting with Boss. Was not as bad as expected. Apologised for erratic behavior and explained it. All ok for now, I think. Honesty always works. If put nicely. Outrageously hungry, had a huge lunch at the ever-awesome Milgi. Vegan Breakfast - a bean pattie, yellow chana dahl, chickpea paste mixed with onions, potato wedges and sour dough toast. Plus an americano. Happily full, walked to uni and read about the BBC controversy. The institution is in a fix of a lifetime. Trust and credibility at stake. Hope they figure out a way around it. I don't really think about if I trust its news or not, but it is my most-used source for information. Would hate to see it crumble. Now gearing for the awful-walk-in-the-cold to flat. Getting unbearably chilly now. Hands tremble as I type, just thinking about the cold! Gloves, gloves gloves....and running. Saviours. Take leave. Bow a goodbye. Till we meet again, tomorrow.
